1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use this site or place an order. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information at checkout, and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for any consequences of providing inaccurate information.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. Placing an order constitutes an offer; an order is only accepted once we issue the invoice. If an order is cancelled before payment, no charge is made.

4. Payment

We accept Bank Wire Transfer only. Detailed wire instructions and a unique invoice number are emailed within 1 business hour of order placement. Orders unpaid 3 business days after invoice issuance are automatically cancelled.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

See our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

7. Product use

All products are sold for industrial, janitorial, food-service, automotive, cleaning, and general-purpose use. They are not sold or labeled for medical, surgical, clinical, or laboratory use. Buyer is responsible for selecting the appropriate product for their intended use.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Capitol Office Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of it without prior written permission.
