What types of gloves do you sell?+

We supply industrial-grade disposable gloves (nitrile, latex, vinyl, chemical-resistant) and industrial work gloves (cut-resistant, impact, coated, leather, winter/thermal), plus curated industry bundles for warehouse, construction, and automotive use.

Are these medical-grade gloves?+

No. All products on this site are positioned for industrial, janitorial, food-service, automotive, cleaning, and general-purpose use. They are not sold or labeled for medical, surgical, clinical, or laboratory use.

What sizes are available?+

Most products are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL.

What's the difference between 3 mil, 5 mil, and 8 mil nitrile gloves?+

Mil refers to thickness. 3 mil is lightweight for light-duty tasks. 5 mil is mid-weight for general industrial use. 8 mil is heavy-duty for tough tasks and longer wear.

Are your nitrile gloves powder-free?+

Yes. All our nitrile and latex disposable gloves are powder-free.

Are your gloves food-safe?+

Yes, our disposable nitrile, latex, and vinyl gloves are suitable for food-handling and food-service use.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We currently accept Bank Wire Transfer only. After you place an order, you'll receive an invoice by email within 1 business hour with our complete wire transfer details.

How long do I have to pay after placing an order?+

You have 3 business days from invoice issuance to complete your wire transfer. Orders unpaid after this window are automatically cancelled and can be re-placed any time.

How fast is shipping?+

Once payment clears (typically 1–3 business days from your transfer), orders ship within 1 business day. Domestic US delivery is 3–7 business days. International delivery is 7–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes. We ship worldwide from Washington, DC, USA, with international wire transfer instructions (SWIFT/BIC + IBAN where applicable). Duties and taxes are paid by the buyer at delivery.

What's your return policy?+

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Defective or incorrect items are returned at our cost; change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. No restocking fees.

How fast are refunds processed?+

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned goods, back to the original wire payment account.

Can I cancel my order?+

Yes — orders can be cancelled at no cost within 12 hours of placement or any time before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?+

Yes. Cart automatically applies 5% off at 5+ cases and 8% off at 10+ cases. For larger pallet or container quantities, contact us at sales@capitolofficesolutionsllc.com.

What is the minimum order amount?+

None. You can order any quantity, from a single box upward.

Are your prices in USD?+

Yes. All prices and final charges are in US Dollars (USD).

Do you offer custom packaging or private labeling?+

What is the difference between Box and Case?+

A Box is the smallest pack (e.g., 100 disposable gloves). A Case typically contains 10 boxes (or industry-standard pair counts for work gloves). Cases include a 10% pack discount.

Do you provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) or technical specs?+
