Return window

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs

• Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping.
• Change-of-mind / wrong size ordered: customer covers return shipping.

Condition of returned items

Products must be unopened, in original retail packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.

No restocking fee

We do not charge restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email sales@capitolofficesolutionsllc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We'll send return instructions and an RMA number within 1 business day.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods. Refunds are sent back to the original wire payment account.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.
